The device has double throat aluminum profile (0), whose central part fixes bottom and top clips (4, 5) of panels on the profile above an upper joint of the panels. A top throat of the profile is provided to have a dilatation clearance (8) such that dilatation of the panels are not blocked and the retention of the panels are assured. The bottom throat is provided to support the clip of the panels on the throat reoperating a load of proper weight of the panels.
