A nail (4) includes large and small bars (8, 9), where the large bar is fitted on the stake and partially driven into the ground. The small bar is completely driven in the ground for not constituting a projecting part. The nail has a rigid elongated element i.e. stiff-leg (10), inclined towards the ground, connecting the bars at respective upper ends of the bars and transmitting and distributing tilting forces that causes the post to tilt towards the small bar.
