Polymeric composition with adhesive properties comprises a fluorinated polymer (I) grafted with a compound (Ia) containing a functional group (Ib) capable of conferring adhesion properties to the fluorinated polymer; an olefinic polymer (II) grafted with a compound (IIa) containing a functional group (IIb) capable of conferring adhesion properties to the olefinic polymer and to react with the functional group (Ib); a polymer (III) comprising polyesters and polyamides. Independent claims are included for: (1) fluorinated polymers (IV) grafted with a compound (IVa) containing an organic group (IVb) having an ethylenically unsaturated carbon-carbon bond and two alcohol groups; (2) preparation of the polymer composition comprising mixing the fluorinated polymer (I), olefinic polymer (II) and the polymer (III) and optionally reaction under molten state of the polymers; and (3) multilayer structures comprising a layer comprising the polymer composition and another layer.
