The pedal has a circular cylindrical body (30) including co-linear circular cylindrical tube portions (T1-T3), where each portion is integrated to a cylindrical central rod (40) by blade-shaped vanes (a1, a2). The portions have threads (FI) on their outer surfaces (Fs) opposed to their inner surfaces (Fi), where the threads form a helicoidal coil on the surface of the body with a diameter (D1) higher than a diameter of a pad`s passage hole. A screwdriver inserted in a hollow pattern on an upper part of a locking head (32) of the body unscrews circular cylindrical fixation bodies.
