The device has a base that overhangs at a center of a vertical bar that supports an inclined bar. The vertical bar has a height based on height of a tile layer, slab, glazed earthenware, floor tile, terracotta, sandstone, vitrified tile, set, interlocking block, mosaic or a material by which the bar is made. An assembly is formed of a top bar and the vertical bar, and is manually breakable at a base of the vertical bar.
