The luminaire has a cover (100) applied against a face of a panel (P), and a reflector (200) screwed to the cover by supporting against another face of the panel and surrounding an incandescent bulb (A) carried by a socket (300). An air passing path (CPA) passes air coming from inside of the reflector for traversing air passages of a flange and air passing to the exterior of a screwing cylinder of the cover by leaving via air passage openings (12). The heat disengaged by the bulb is evacuated by air circulation raising between the bulb and the reflector.
