The device has an electrical voltage feeder (E) located upstream of an electrical network (A), and an extractor (F) placed in a terminal position at a final equipment of complementary equipments (D). The feeder has three connections, where two of the connections are, respectively connected to an upstream and downstream networks. The third connection permits to feed a complementary electrical signal (C) from a direct current or alternating current source on the downstream network. The device blocks propagation of the signal towards the upstream network, and blocks the signal towards the source.
