The belt has a tubular body (2) of an elastically deformable material, defining an inflatable sealing chamber and presenting a back face and a working face (5). Connection units are disposed in relation with ends (12, 19) of the tube and permits to close the belt under the form of ring, where the face is disposed inside the ring. A cannula (14) is connected to an inflating unit (34) i.e. case, and to the chamber via an orifice that is arranged in the back face or at the end of the body. The body is preformed to form a C-shaped longitudinal section at rest and before closing the belt.
