The pillow (1) has a central portion (4) connecting two legs (2, 3), and connection tabs (5, 7) removably connecting the legs at or near free ends (2a, 3a) of the legs for forming a bedding frame for a baby, where the pillow is formed of fabric core filled with a lining e.g. microbead. A support (11) e.g. woven fabric web, forms a bedding surface or seat for the baby in cooperation with the frame. The tabs form respective bridges between the legs. The support has a support portion that is removably folded and fixed on another support portion for forming harness trousers.
