The device (D) has a support structure (300) with a housing (310) in which a core (400) is positioned. A synthetic material bottom (200) is placed in an upper end (410) of the core. A cylindrical enclosure (600) is positioned, by using a frame derrick, in the housing for molding, and outside the housing for unmolding. A bus supplies B30 type concrete. A unit presses the concrete flowed into a mold. Another unit vibrates the flowed concrete. A removal unit removes a support ring (500) and a molded concrete shaft outside the housing. The removal unit evacuates the ring and the concrete shaft.
