The device (1) has a folded metal wire forming a fixation unit (2) fixed on stakes, and a unit (3) hooking a lifting wire or an intermediate segment of a strand of a spacer device. The unit (2) is provided as a U-shaped fold that partially encloses the stakes and maintained on the stakes through pins. The unit (3) extends in a vertical plane perpendicular to alignment of the stakes. The unit (3) comprises segments (30, 31) that retain the wire or the intermediate segment, and guide the wire or the intermediate segment towards the segments (30, 31).
