The ramp (1) has an opening (31) in communication with an oil filter, where the ramp extends along a water chamber (2) such as crank-case upper half, of an engine case (100). A part of the ramp is disposed under the chamber and prolongs on a side of the chamber towards the exterior of the engine case, where the engine case is made by molding. A oil secondary pipe connects the ramp to an upper part of an engine such as water cooled engine, by running along the chamber, where the case has cooling fins (4) disposed at a level of the ramp.
