The device (1) has a throat extended by an expanded channel (10) for circulating air, and a cylindrical shaped lateral wall (12) placed in the channel to guide air provenance from the throat. The lateral wall has a lateral orifice (13), whose part of edge is provided with a slope i.e. beveled edge (14), being used as a deflector with an air circulating part in the lateral wall. The lateral wall defines a tube (11), whose longitudinal axis is parallel to a longitudinal axis of the expanded channel.
