The device has a rolling conjugation unit (10) i.e. rolling conjugation shaft, arranged inside a pitching conjugating shaft (20), where the rolling and pitching conjugating shafts are coaxial and directed along a same steering axis. The shaft (20) is fixed to a structure of an aircraft via a bearing (12) that guides the shaft (20) in rotation around its transversal axis (AX2). Control sticks are connected respectively to the shafts by connection units (11, 21), where rolling and pitching movement of one of the sticks drives identical movement of other stick.
