The garment has a belt with an outer tunnel (9) adjacent to an upper part of a rear panel (3). The belt has a rear part and a front part connected to the panel (3) and a front panel (2), respectively. An elastic band (10) has ends fixed to parts of the belt, respectively. The band slides in the tunnel and an inner part is folded and integrated to base of the pocket, which forms a gusset when the band is not drawn. The inner part is unfolded partially or totally in a manner to confer length more than the belt when the band is drawn.
