The turbine has a casing (1) inclined with respect to the turbine, and including an air inlet (7) for receiving air. A turbo-compressor (4) with a lower part and a compression chamber (8) compress the air coming from the air inlet, where the compressed air is passed into a combustion chamber (9). The turbo-compressor includes an upper part that transforms the gas coming out from the combustion chamber into mechanical energy and evacuates the energy in an exhaust (10). A deflector (5) is placed in an inlet and outlet of the turbo-compressor.
