The prosthesis has a cylindrical body (1) joined on a supporting base and immobilized by two tongues on an end of previously machined humeral splint. The cylindrical body receives a complete patella (16) by replacement of humero-radial and humero-ulnar joints. Two lumens (12, 13) facilitate the passage of exterior pivots (14, 15), which extend the patella and which are respectively immobilized on a head of a radial bone and ulna, where the prosthesis is divided into two for the replacement of one of the joints according to a case.
