The spoon (1) has a handle (2), and a cup (4) forming a housing for measuring granular and/or pulverulent substance, where the spoon is made of plastic material. The cup includes a stem (3) of appropriate length connected to the handle. The movement of the stem is delimited by a guide (5) whose junction at the spoon limits lateral movement of the step at outside of the cup. The movement of the stem in opposite direction is limited by a stop (6). A support unit (7) on a surface of the stem facilitates application of fingers of user.
