The device has a casing (1) in which a positive conducting pad (2) is integrated at the front in a displacement direction, and a negative contact conducting pad (3) is parallely integrated at the rear for transmitting an electric current to the root during the passage of the pads over the hair. The casing is provided with a rotating abrasive disc support (4) at the rear for plucking the hair. Each conducting pad is covered with a metallic sheet of low thickness, where the sheet is fixed by screwing on an interior part of the pad and electrically connected to an internal generator.
