A novel dry mixture (I) comprises (a) cement compacts having D50 value (average particle size) 0.3-20 mm and (b) granulate. Independent claims are included for: (1) the production of (I), by blending components (a) and (b); (2) the production of a wet concrete or mortar, by tempering (I) with water; and (3) sacks, big bags or silos containing (I).
