The mechanism (100) has an auxiliary wheel (110) provided above a main wheel (140). An auxiliary wheel (130) and a movable heavy wheel (160) are respectively provided on both sides of the main wheel. A gravitational rotating metal belt (120) has heavy blocks (122) on an outside of a flexible metal connecting device (124). An arrestor (170) moves upward of the heavy wheel and the belt. The belt and the heavy wheel drop a predetermined distance to generate kinetic energy to output a rotating power, when the arrestor is removed from the belt and the heavy wheel.
