The structure has a toilet seat (1), and front and rear conduit ports (11, 12) arranged at a level of front and rear of an edge of a bottom of the seat. A pointed and oblique prominent block (15) inside the seat is situated above a location between the ports and forms front and rear slopes (151, 152). A vacuum source (16) is connected to the rear conduit port, and a waste collection bag (17) is connected to the source. Wastes, which fall at the level of rear slope, are aspirated by the source, and the wastes, which slide along the ports and fall in the bag, are frozen and stored.
