The pump has a cylindrical body (1) defining an internal annular space (5) between fluid intake orifice and discharge orifices (3, 4), where a diameter of the body is 13 centimeters. The space has flat walls (6, 7) and a disk shaped flexible membrane (13) placed between the walls. The membrane is connected to an electromagnetic motor that oscillates the membrane`s periphery perpendicular to a membrane`s median plane. The walls are parallel or diverged from the exterior to the interior. The membrane presents a thickness increased from its outer diameter to inner diameter.
