The method involves generating a modifier control (ot) of teleinformation frames to modify operational rates of electrical emery consumers. The modification by the modifier control in the successive frames is operated while the modifier control subsists to generate modified teleinformation frames (tm). The teleinformation frames are applied to the electrical power consumers. Teleinformation frames (t) are generated by an electronic counter placed at the top of a home facility.
