The device has a gas inlet connector (1) screwed on a connection element (2), and with a gas blocking valve (16) e.g. sealed/sealing-less valve or ball, retained by a notched washer (13) in the connector. The connector receives a clamp-in valve type small liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cartridge. The connection element has an end including a gas outlet nozzle (6) equipped with a gas opening and closing flap (7) and an outlet connector (8). A spring is intercalated between the washer and the valve.
