The clamp (1) has truncated cone shaped successive projecting portions (4) at parallel lateral branches (3), where the portions form shoulders (5) to oppose, after implantation, to the extraction of the lateral branches beyond a bone. One of the projecting portions has a gouge (6) emerging at the level of one shoulder which forms the portion, so that the gouge and the shoulder delimit a tapering and blistering material area to groove the bone when the branches are driven in rotation and after cut of an intermediate branch (2) of the clamp. The gouge presents a triangular transversal section.
