The primary axle has two steering wheels and side rails (3a, 3b) that slide along side rails (3c, 3d) supporting a seat (24). The secondary axle and a passenger support (23) form an assembly that pivots around a horizontal axle (32) for taking a place in a storage configuration. The support slides along another main axle, so that the support is spaced from the horizontal axle, when the assembly is not in the storage configuration.
