The device has pulleys (P1, P2) provided on each side of a kite and mounted in cascade. The pulleys slide along cords (L1, L2) provided in each side of the kite, where the cords have three attachment points (S4, F2, F4) at a wing (K). The cord (L1) has ends fixed to the attachment point (S4) and to the pulley (P2). The cord (L2) has ends fixed to the attachment points (F2, F4). The cords are connected to kite`s front flight lines (F) that are fixed to the pulley (L1).
