The device (1) has a platform (2) incorporating fixation units (3a, 3b) on edges of a shaft. The platform is present in the form of a plate (4) integrated to an apron (5). The unit (3a) is positioned in a support on one edge of the shaft, and the edge cooperates with retractable units presenting in form of a telescopic spacer so as to compensate dimension difference between the platform and the shaft. The spacer has a plate integrated with sliding adjustable attachments in a brake caliper locked by a throttle valve type nut.
