The present invention relates to a device for generating electric current in a vehicle using the movement and temperature of the coolant passing through one or more turbines each coupled to one or more alternators. It consists of one or more turbines effectively arranged on the path of the circuit where the vehicle coolant travels and circulates so that this coolant turns one or more alternator generating electric current by being coupled to this same or more turbine. Thus the electric current generated by this or these same one or more alternator can be used as is or adapted if necessary so as to allow the vehicle to be supplied electrically and just as much to allow the vehicle to recharge its battery (s). It is possible to integrate or adapt the device of the invention in any way and to any part linked to the circuit through which the coolant passes. The device according to the invention is more particularly intended for use in a vehicle and it would certainly be even more appreciated to be used in a hybrid vehicle, but one can imagine other uses.
