The formwork has sheet metal plate with an inverse U shape. Teeth are formed of metal bars (3) that are placed vertically in the metal plate and comprise appendices (7) whose contour produces a section having I, T, L or Z shapes of a mold (1) of a concrete beam to be made. Section of the bars is provided in form of a rectangle. The formwork has a toothed comb or semi plate shape for maintaining longitudinal active and passive frames (4) in the mold. The teeth have a pivot (13) that is housed in bearings provided in a frame.
