The brush has a handle (1) integrated to a head or base (2) whose upper functional face (30) carries brushing pins (50) or bristles bunch and forms a brushing scraper (51). A mobile cleaning unit removes dead hair captured in the scraper. The functional face includes a cavities e.g. grooves (31-33), of a housing and a tab (4) that is arranged for attaining a raised position, where the face is uniform, when the tab is in rest position.
