The device has a prosthetic body (1) provided with a groove (G4) superimposing to a rehabitable osteotomy case and osteotomy wedge with an internal thread, where the device is made of a stainless steel. The body is provided with four screws (V1-V4) for fixing the body above and below an osteotomy opening, and two screws (V5, V6) for integrating the groove to the case or wedge. The groove vertically slides to permit different angulations adjustment relative to deformation correction, and to permit fixation of a selected angle, by blocking the device using the screws.
