The device has a base (1) on which an axle (3) is supported, where the axle is provided such that hooks (2) are hooked to the axle. The hooks are obtained by using laser cutting in a sheet metal of thickness of 1.5 millimeter, where the sheet metal is folded according to a design. The axle has a diameter of 10 millimeter, and is formed by folding along a predefined profile. The base and the hooks are fixed on ends of wooden piece by studding.
