The device has a support and guide rail (6) on which guide rollers (22) and suspension rollers (24) are supported. The suspension rollers are mounted in rotation on a vertical shaft. The rollers (22, 24) are supported on plane section (15) and a branch (19) of the section of the rail, respectively along a direction in an inclined plane with respect to a wall (1). The rail comprises the plane section (15) that is supported against the wall and fixed to the wall. The plane section is extended in direction of a door leaf by an inclined return part.
