The method involves transmitting marked data towards a programmable logic circuit through a processor bus in indivisible instruction of the processor, during the execution of applications (40) by the processor, where each application is generated from a source file (41). Each marked data is enriched with data and identification of application emitted by the circuit. Each enriched data is transmitted on an exit bus. The marked data in machine language is generated from an instrumented source file (44) for each application.
