The case has a peephole including an envelope (2) buried in ground (5), and an electrical service box (1) situated in a cylindrical shaped sealed tank (6) that is arranged inside the envelope. The tank has a cylindrical bell shaped upper part (6a) to ensure sufficient distance between the box and a cylindrical basin shaped bottom (7) of the tank. A locking system locks the bottom with the part by rotation of the part with respect to the bottom. The bottom has a pressure balancing valve (13) that balances pressure between an inside and an outside of the tank.
