The aircraft has a fuselage with a floor (30) extending in a longitudinal plane of the fuselage. The fuselage separates spaces (10, 20) housed in the fuselage. The space (10) has a fuselage portion (11) of length equal to width of the floor in a transversal section of the fuselage. A distance (d) separating the portion (11) and the floor (30) is constant along width of the floor, where the distance is between 2100 and 2200mm. Baggage housing units (40) is arranged in the space (10) near the portion (11).
