The method involves managing access authorizations of a recipient to information from a password and a character string specific to each of hard copy mails. Identifier and the password that are associated to a recipient are stored. A personalized edition of bidimensional codes with a random number and integrating a counter incremented at each edition is performed on each mail. The codes are transmitted to an authentication server. A sequence comprising the number is encrypted by a terminal of the recipient, and the server. Encryptions made by the terminal and the server are compared.
