The shield (1) has an aluminum based metallic foil (3) provided with small dimension pinholes (4) and associated with an upper surface of a lower structure (2) via a space unit (5) such that the foil is remote from the structure. The unit has a felt (6) that is made of thermo-compressed glass bound to thermosetting resin, where the felt has a surface density of 600 grams per square meter and forms a sound absorbing layer. The foil has thickness of 100 microns and embossing. The space unit is formed of ribs having a height of 20 millimeter.
