The door (4) has a crosspiece (46) for forming an air channel (65) between an external glass (21) and the crosspiece, where thickness of the channel is between 0.3 mm and 2 mm. An opening (68) is formed between an upper wall (66) of the glass and a wall of the crosspiece for permitting the circulation of airflow (G) from the exterior of an oven towards interior of the door. The opening emerges from a frontal surface of the glass for allowing fresh air inside the door. A lock strike fixes the crosspiece to a frame of the door and comprises a fixation unit.
