The manifold (10) has a monoblock inlet flange (18) for connecting inlet orifices (16) of exhaust headers (14) with gas outlet orifices (26) located on an exhaust face (28) of a cylinder head (12) of an internal combustion engine. The flange has transversal conduits (30) connecting in pairs the inlet orifices of the adjacent headers. The conduits are aligned on same axis, and formed by machining, where the conduits have a circular section.
