The process for manufacturing an interior fitting (6) for masking an automobile safety airbag, comprises separating a first compartment and a second compartment from a molding cavity using a movable airtight separation panel, molding a first region in the first compartment, combining the first and second compartments by partly retracting each panel, and molding a second region in the second compartment. The first and second regions are molded separately to adhere to one another by defining a break-off line (10) at their interface. The process for manufacturing an interior fitting (6) for masking an automobile safety airbag, comprises separating a first compartment and a second compartment from a molding cavity using a movable airtight separation panel, molding a first region in the first compartment, combining the first and second compartments by partly retracting each panel, and molding a second region in the second compartment. The first and second regions are molded separately to adhere to one another by defining a break-off line (10) at their interface. The break-off line allows the passage of the airbag during its deployment. The fitting has a reduced thickness along a part of the break off line at the end of molding. A groove and holes are placed on one side of the fitting along a part of the break off line at the end of the molding. A part of the panel protrudes in the molding cavity to place the groove on backside of the fitting. The partial separation panel is fitted on a side of teeth and complementary openings. The openings provide mutual adhesion of the first and second regions through the partial separation panel. The airtight separation panel covers the separation panel, and is moved to uncover the openings of the partial separation panel. Independent claims are included for: (1) an interior fitting for masking an automobile safety airbag; and (2) an automobile vehicle.
