The light (1) has front and rear surfaces (1a, 1b) provided with LEDs (11) e.g. white LEDs, and a non-polarized electrical connecting terminal board (18), respectively. An electronic circuit plate (15) has a current controlling unit that determines a fixed output current value independent of an input voltage that is applied to the terminal board. The regulating unit is operated with an input voltage that ranges from 15 to 180 volts and delivers a constant output current to the LEDs. The LEDs are arranged on individual reflectors (121) that are placed side by side in honeycomb manner.
