The element (1) has a permanent hollow formwork (5) to contain a filling material, and including parallel main walls with hooking units on inner faces of the walls, where the units are formed of projecting structures. The formwork has a series of spacer plates (7) interposed between the walls and including retaining units co-operating with the hooking units so as to rigidify the walls during filling of the formwork with the material. A fixation unit e.g. screw, is covered by a polyester resin, and fixes plaster boards (25) e.g. polyester plate, on the walls of the formwork.
