The device has a tube slidably moved on a strand of hair through a retractor that is connected to a bar of a threader. A hook serves as a ring and is inserted in a clip placed around the strand of hair. The clip is introduced on the threader by passing through a conical end of the threader till another end. Loops (16, 17) are connected by a wire (15) inserted in a rod of the threader. The strand of hair passes in the loop (16). The loop (17) is equipped with a rigid bar (18) and located behind a part in which the clip is positioned.
