The clutch has a friction (1) pressed against a fly-wheel (2), in a disengaged position, by an action of a mechanism. The mechanism has a movable pressure plate (5) and a cover (6) that is fixed to the fly-wheel by an axial fixation screw situated at periphery of an end part (6a) of the cover, where the end part is in form of a flange. The end part of the cover is extended in an axial direction of the clutch, and is adjusted on an axial peripheral surface (2a) of the fly-wheel by a radial fixation screw (9) of a radial axis (10).
