The device has a clip (8) constituted of cylindrical end fitting (9) and a cross bar to lock an open end of a piping element (1) between them for immobilizing the end. A guiding support (13) of a piston (11) is integrated to the clip and to the extension of the clip above the end for assuring the displacement of a metallic fitting (2). The piston cooperates with a manual push unit i.e. handle (22), internal surface (23) and a gripping extension (24), activating the piston such that the piston exerts a progressive and demultiplied effort on the fitting (2) to force the fitting in the end.
