The device has a rubber insert (1) assembled on a rake shaped metallic part (2) by work setting method, where the insert and the rake shaped metallic part are positioned in a press brake. A base of the rubber insert is cut to appropriate dimensions of the metallic part that is subjected to cutting and folding operations. The metallic part acts as a fixed piece with rigid structure and the insert acts as a mobile flexible part ensuring opening and closing movement.
