The device has a fixation frame (1) permanently fixed to an element e.g. control panel, of a vehicle and provided with a plug sleeve (10). An interchangeable handle (2) of a mobile phone (5) is housed in the frame by a ratchet slide, and is provided with a plug sleeve (6) housed in a projection of a plug part (3), where the plug sleeve (6) cooperates with the plug sleeve (10). The plug sleeve (10) comprises two conduits, whose one of conduits is connected with an electrical installation of the vehicle, where the other conduit is connected with an external antenna of the vehicle.
